Online Payments allow you to initiate assessment payments on your schedule and from your chosen bank or credit card. Payment of your assessment via Mutual of Omaha's Online Payments is by far the most reliable, timely and secure method to make your assessment payments and is the least expensive payment method for your association to process.
Why Enroll?
- No checks to write.
- Predictable, secure and timely assessment payments.
- Privacy. Trestle will not have access to your bank or credit card account data. We don't even know who is enrolled. This is in the best interest of both Trestle and our homeowners.
- Same day payments (not guaranteed). Use the one-time payment if you ordinarily pay by personal check or bank bill-pay, but its too late to mail your payment in time to avoid a delinquent fee.
- No charge. There is no charge for this service.
Key Features
- Schedule recurring payments on your schedule. Pick a payment day that works for both you and your association. With a profile already created, it takes about two minutes. Stop recurring payments at any time.
- Schedule a one-time payment.
- Ability to create a secure profile that stores your HOA account and your payment methods. This is a one-time task that eliminates data re-entry for each payment. Creating a profile takes five to ten minutes.
- Choose to pay via your bank account or a credit card. A convenience fee will be applied by the bank for all credit card payments. See the fee schedule on the payment page. The bank does not currently accept Visa cards but expects to accept them in the near future.

How to Enroll
Access the Online Payments site by clicking the button below. Although a one-time payment can be made without registration, registration is recommended and will eliminate needless data entry with each payment and substantially reduce errors. Mutual of Omaha Bank has made these instructional videos available on the topics of enrollment and recurring payments and also one-time payments available with no enrollment.
To successfully register, you will need information from your payment coupon. If you don’t have a payment coupon, please contact Trestle. The Management Company ID requested on the form is 5510.
