Pay Assessments by Personal Check

While this has been the traditional method of payment, it is also usually the slowest.

Personal checks should be accompanied by a payment coupon provided by Trestle Community Management and mailed in the envelope provided with the payment coupons. This enables the bank to efficiently process your payment and reduces the potential for processing delays.

If you send a check without a payment coupon, please ensure that the face of the check includes at least 2 of the following 3 pieces of information.

  1. Owner's name as provided to the association.
  2. Your account number with the association. This account number appears on your payment coupon and on the community web site if your community has one. It has the format of "XXXX-NNN" with 4 alphabet characters before the hyphen (our internal code for your association) and 2 to 4 digits following the hyphen (your unit or lot number within your community).
  3. The full mailing address of your property.

Checks mailed from Washington can take up to 7 days to reach the bank. You are responsible for ensuring your payment arrives by the due date. Do not send payments to Trestle's Redmond office. Doing so will delay processing of your payment.
