This service significantly improves response time, increases accuracy and simplifies the process of delivering and obtaining community association data and documentation. Community Archives provides reliable, round-the-clock online access to all governing documents and critical project data for lenders, mortgage bankers, escrow officers, title companies, real estate agents and homeowners in need of information for communities managed by Trestle Community Management.

To submit a document order, log on to Community Archives. If you are a first time user, click on the Please Register Here button to register. There is no cost to register for this service.

Once your are registered, you can begin shopping. Your order will be submitted immediately to Trestle Community Management. RCW 64.34.425 allows associations ten days to furnish a resale certificate. With Community Archives, Resale Disclosure Certificates can now be processed in as little as two business days (requires an expedite fee). You will be notified via email that your request is completed.
