Bob Brencic

As the President of Trestle Community Management, Bob developed the firm’s unmatched method of community association management. After a 25-year career in the high-tech industry dedicated to professional and consulting services, Bob understands the benefit of a consultative approach to management. Using his experience and prioritizing advisory services, Bob has built Trestle into one of the fastest growing firms in Washington State over the last several years. He serves as a Board Member for Bellevue Towers Condominium Association as well as a Finance Committee Member for Suncadia Residential Owners’ Association
