Trestle Welcomes the Lodge Residential Condominium Association (LRCA)

Trestle Community Management is honored to welcome the Lodge Residential Condominium Association (LRCA) at Suncadia to our Mid-Rise, High-Rise, and Estate Practice. As the governing body for residential condominium owners within the iconic Lodge at Suncadia in Cle Elum, Washington, the LRCA oversees the shared common areas, and operational integrity of this luxury mountain resort building.

While the Lodge is home to three distinct associations, Trestle’s management services are focused exclusively on the Lodge Residential Condominium Association (LRCA), the Association responsible for managing finances, hiring maintenance staff and overseeing the operations of shared Owner spaces.
