Trestle’s Vanessa Tilberg Outlines Manager Responsibilities in WSCAI’s Journal
Trestle Community Management today announced that an article written by its Operations Director, Vanessa Tilberg, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, was published in Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) October Journal. In the article titled, “Back to the Basics of Living in an HOA or Condo Association – Managers: What Do they Do? What Don’t They Do?,” Vanessa outlines the responsibilities assigned to Managers.
Vanessa spent several years managing a portfolio of clients and preparing accrual financials, providing her a well-developed understanding of the community association management services industry from both a management and accounting perspective. Through this background, she has been able to prepare Trestle’s advanced processes and procedures, ensuring that they strictly adhere to the legal requirements within Washington State. Vanessa oversees the firm’s Client Experience and Accounting Teams which are centered on internal and external support and communication.
