Working in our Northwest Maintenance Services company, the Project Manager will be key to the Professional Execution of maintenance efforts at Trestle Client communities. Meet with Clients to understand project needs, including site and facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs (including getting on roofs and/or under buildings), create detailed reports and proposals, and deliver Project Oversight services for larger projects such as insurance claims, roofing or painting. Requires a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a maintenance or construction role, and 3-years’ experience creating proposals at a maintenance or construction firm, as well as a dependable vehicle capable of carrying an extension ladder. Minimum of 2-year college degree is desired.
