Through the implementation of efficient processes to swiftly upgrade internal systems such as intercoms, inspection checklists which often highlighting overlooked items like elevator emergency phones, an advanced understanding of risk management and governing document compliance, the Team leads its mid-rise, high-rise and estate communities to success.

Stephanie Slone

Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate

Stephanie was the first employee of Trestle Community Management. Through their collaborative efforts, Stephanie and Bob have helped Trestle grow and thrive. Entering the industry in 2009, Stephanie is an experienced manager with an in-depth knowledge of condominium management. Stephanie serves as an Advisory Community Manager, overseeing the Condominium Practice and leading a talented Team of knowledgeable and well-trained Community Association Managers.

Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Central Washington University, has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist designations. She was nominated for the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute Manager of the Year Award two times, has contributed to the chapter’s journal, and has also presented at statewide educational events.
