Management services for large-scale communities is similar to running a small city. Trestle’s Large-Scale Communities Practice is designed to serve master and sub-associations.

Understanding the importance of coordination and strict adherence to the responsibilities outlined in each community’s governing documents, the Team serves as a skilled liaison.

Large-scale community management services takes a thorough knowledge of billing and cost-sharing within master and sub-association communities as well as experience in compliance enforcement and project coordination among multiple associations and management companies. Through this expertise, clients within the Large-Scale Communities Practice are able to avoid project and compliance delays and maintain a good working relationship with their neighboring communities.

Caitlin leads Trestle’s Large-Scale and Active-Adult Practices. Joining the community management industry in 2014, she has managed a 1,500-home master association and previously served as a Vice President of Community Management Services. With the support of her experienced Team, Caitlin is equipped to serve their distinctive client associations she oversees.

Caitlin has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. She serves a volunteer for the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), has contributed to the chapter’s journal, and presented at statewide educational events.
