Community Association Managers
Community Managers are responsible for providing consulting services including financial, maintenance, governance, and risk management to an assigned portfolio. Trestle Clients work within our various Practices – Condominium, Mid-Rise, High-Rise & Estate, Home Developers, Single-Family Homes, Active-Adult and Large-Scale Communities. Each Community Manager maintains a portfolio within a Practice which allows the Manager to use their specialized skills and work with communities of a similar style. A minimum of 2-years’ Community Management experience, a CMCA certification and college degree are desired.
Salary Range: $55,000 to $90,000 including incentive compensation, DOE.
