Community Maintenance Technicians

Northwest Maintenance Services is seeking entry level or skilled technicians to join our maintenance services team to deliver a wide variety of maintenance efforts for Trestle clients. Community maintenance services include weekly grounds maintenance, pressure washing, window washing, gutter or roof cleaning, drywall repairs, fence construction, painting, flooring, siding, and roofing projects. Experience in a similar construction or maintenance role performing such tasks is recommended, as well as a dependable vehicle capable of carrying an extension ladder and tools appropriate for the role.

Salary Range: $22 to $30 per hour, DOE.
