Billing statement with updated charges for the 2022 fiscal year will be arriving shortly. Homeowners are encouraged review this statement closely as the assessments for each home may have changed.
While Trestle can manually update ACH charges for Homeowners who have previously registered for recurring ACH payments, Trestle is unable to update other payment methods established by Homeowners directly.
For Homeowners who have set up recurring payments through their financial institution or online via CIT Bank (previously known as Mutual of Omaha), the recurring payment amount will not automatically update.
To ensure the accurate assessment amount is paid and payments are on the correct billing schedule, Homeowners should review their payment method, and make any necessary changes. Trestle offers several payment options which can be found here.
As an important reminder, Trestle does not process payments onsite at its Bellevue office. All personal and bill pay checks should include the account number in the memo line and should be mailed to the address shown below. Payments sent to the Bellevue office may be delayed and will incur a manual processing fee.

Finally, with the holiday season upon us, there may be interruptions in mail delivery. As mailed payments can take up to 15 business days to be delivered by the postal service, Homeowners are strongly encouraged to mail their payments early to avoid any unexpected delays.
