Since 2015, our Community Association Managers have been consistently nominated for Manager of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI). Our President, Bob Brencic, has been named as a Small Business Hero by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Trestle has been awarded Business Partner Company of the Year by WSCAI, and received the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
