With 30 years of dedicated leadership experience supporting community associations, Sandy brings deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to quality service making her an exceptional addition to Trestle’s specialized Condominium Team.
A Proven Leader in Community Association Management

Sandy’s extensive background includes over a decade as a Large-Scale community director, where she played a vital role in strengthening operations, supporting Boards, and fostering strong, positive community relationships. Her career reflects an unwavering dedication to elevating the management experience for both homeowners and volunteer leaders.
She holds both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation; the industry’s highest professional recognition. Sandy is also active within the Washington State Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), contributing to volunteer initiatives and community‑focused education.
