Vendor Registration and Payments
Trestle partners with service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality support to our communities.
Payments are processed weekly. Vendors should submit invoices by email to HOAInvoices@TrestleCM.com and may enroll in ACH or virtual card for faster payment.
Available Payment Options
- Direct Deposit (ACH): Our fastest payment option. Funds are deposited directly into your bank account.
- Electronic Credit Card (Virtual Card): A convenient option for vendors who accept card payments. Payments are issued via a one-time virtual credit card delivered by email. Processing fees may apply depending on your card processor.
- Check: Our default payment option. Checks are mailed via USPS and typically arrive within 14 business days.
To enroll in ACH or virtual card payments, email HOAInvoices@TrestleCM.com.
Trestle uses VIVE, a third-party vendor registration and compliance platform. Registration with VIVE is required to work with Trestle-managed communities.
Information Requested
During registration, vendors may be asked to provide:
- Business contact information
- W-9 form
- Insurance documentation
- Licensing information, if applicable
