Trestle Provides a Reminder Regarding Payments and Mail Delays
As the new year approaches, Trestle Community Management reminds Homeowners that mail delays may impact timely receipt of assessment payments. To avoid late fees and ensure payments are processed promptly, electronic payment options are strongly encouraged. Those who have previously enrolled in recurring payments through the My-Community Web Portal are encouraged to review their settings to ensure their new assessment amount is covered in their payment.

Scheduled Set Payment Amount
For Homeowners who have opted to pay a set amount on a standard schedule, the amount should be reviewed and updated to ensure it reflects new assessment totals.
Scheduled Balance Due
For those who have scheduled recurring payments of the full balance due, no changes are required. This option ensure the system automatically will account for assessment changes.
Payment Options
As an important reminder, Trestle does not process payments onsite at its Bellevue office. All bill pay and personal checks should include the account number in the memo line and should be mailed to the address shown below. Payments sent to the Bellevue office may be delayed and will incur a manual processing fee.
