Rules are meant to protect the community, but unclear or inconsistent enforcement can create conflict and risk. Trestle’s September Board Education Series session, Rules, Reasonableness, and Risk, will help Board Members evaluate whether rules are reasonable, enforceable, and applied consistently.

These sessions are open to all community association Board Members. Session recordings remain an exclusive benefit for Trestle clients.
