Trestle Celebrates 11 Years of Excellence and Receives the AAMC Accreditation

As we prepare to mark our 11th anniversary, we are proud to share a milestone that reflects our continued commitment to excellence in community association management: Trestle Community Management has received the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) recognition from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

This prestigious credential is awarded to management companies that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, financial stability, and dedication to industry best practices. To earn the AAMC designation, a company must meet rigorous requirements, including:

  • A proven track record of ethical and effective community management,
  • A team of credentialed professionals, including at least one PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager), and
  • A commitment to ongoing education and adherence to CAI’s strict code of ethics.
