Trestle Welcomes Cathcart Crossing HOA and Cathcart Crossing Commercial Association

Trestle Community Management is pleased to welcome Cathcart Crossing HOA and Cathcart Crossing Commercial Association to our growing portfolio. Located in Snohomish, this thoughtfully planned community brings together residential living and future commercial elements within a unified master association.

Cathcart Crossing HOA includes 286 homes developed by D.R. Horton, featuring modern designs and convenient access to nearby schools, shopping, and major commuter routes. As the community nears completion and is now approximately 80% sold, governance has transitioned to a homeowner-led Board, marking an important milestone in its evolution.

Both the residential association and the master commercial association will be supported by Trestle’s Single-Family Homes Practice, providing experienced guidance in operations, financial management, and long-term planning as the community continues to grow.
