New Ways to Communicate, Connect, and Collaborate

Technology should make community living and association governance easier, not more complicated. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the owner and Board experience, we have introduced several enhancements to the My-Community Web Portal based on feedback received from our communities.
These new features are designed to improve communication, increase engagement, and provide Boards with additional tools to collaborate and share information. Whether you are staying informed about community activities, sharing important updates, or working alongside fellow Board Members, these enhancements offer new ways to connect and communicate within your association.
Share Important Updates with Ease
Community Bulletins allow associations to share announcements, reminders, and important information directly through the portal. From meeting notices and project updates to seasonal reminders and community news, Bulletins provide a centralized location for residents to stay informed.
By making information more accessible, communities can reduce communication gaps and ensure important messages are easy to find when residents need them.
Keep Residents Informed and Engaged
The enhanced Calendar & Events feature makes it easier to create and manage community events directly within the My-Community Web Portal. Associations can add meetings, social gatherings, maintenance schedules, and other important dates, helping residents stay connected and aware of upcoming activities.
Events can also be color-coded, allowing communities to organize and visually distinguish different types of events for improved visibility and navigation.
A Dedicated Space for Board Collaboration
We know many Boards want a simple way to share information and collaborate between meetings. The new Board Workspace provides a dedicated location within the portal where Board Members can upload, organize, and share documents with one another.
Boards may create folders and subfolders to organize materials and manage visibility permissions for shared content. While Board Workspace is intended to support collaboration, official Association records, owner-facing communications, and documents requiring management action should continue to be submitted directly to your Community Manager to ensure proper retention and distribution.
Continuing to Improve
These enhancements are part of our ongoing effort to strengthen communication, improve transparency, and provide communities with useful tools that support effective governance and community engagement.
We appreciate the feedback that helped shape these updates and look forward to continuing to enhance the My-Community experience in the future.
