Teresa brings more than 31 years of community association management experience, supporting Boards with a consistent, principled, and solutions-oriented approach. Her career reflects a strong commitment to operational integrity, thoughtful decision-making, and long-term community success, key elements for Boards navigating increasingly complex environments.
Throughout her career, Teresa has worked closely with community association Boards to provide steady guidance across day-to-day operations, compliance, and long-range planning. Her experience aligns closely with the needs of condominium associations, where clear communication, financial oversight, and disciplined execution are essential to maintaining stability and protecting assets.
She holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential, the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation, and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. The PCAM is the highest professional recognition available nationwide for community association managers and reflects advanced expertise, extensive experience, and a commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.
