WSCAI’s Board Member Training 101 is an in-person educational event designed to equip Board Members with the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary for successful community leadership. Attendees will learn about association governance, financial management, legal responsibilities, and best practices for fostering a well-run and thriving community. This session is ideal for new Board Members looking to build a strong foundation, as well as experienced leaders seeking to enhance their governance skills.
