Trestle’s Arthur Levitsky Earns AMS Designation, Elevating Advisory Excellence for Condominium Communities
Trestle Community Management is proud to announce that Arthur Levitsky, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager with our specialized Condominium Practice, has earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). This credential recognizes managers who demonstrate advanced knowledge, experience, and a deep commitment to professional development in the community association industry. Arthur’s achievement is a testament to his dedication to excellence and his proactive approach to serving both Board Members and Homeowners.
What Is the AMS Designation?

The AMS designation is one of the most respected credentials in the community association management industry. To earn this recognition, managers must first obtain the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential, complete at least two years of verified association management experience, and successfully complete more than 16 hours of advanced specialized instruction through CAI’s community association-specific courses. AMS designees must also comply with CAI’s Professional Manager Code of Ethics and meet ongoing continuing education requirements, ensuring they remain current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
This rigorous process ensures that AMS managers like Arthur possess the advanced skills and expertise needed to guide Boards through the complexities of condominium governance, financial management, and maintenance oversight.
Trestle’s Commitment to Education and Credentialing
Strong communities are built on strong leadership. That is why we place a strong emphasis on continuing education and professional development for our Team Members.
