Rooted in the Communities We Serve

Community is not an abstract concept or a marketing message. It is where people live, where neighbors interact, and where community associations make daily decisions that affect real lives.
As a locally owned community association management company in Washington, Trestle works closely with Boards and homeowners across the region. Ownership, leadership, and decision‑making remain rooted in the communities we serve, shaping how the company operates and how the Team engages with local partners and organizations. That long‑term presence influences not only how associations are supported, but also how Trestle contributes beyond the scope of management services.
One of those partnerships is with Hopelink, a nonprofit organization providing food assistance, housing support, transportation, and financial resources to individuals and families throughout North and East King County.
Supporting Local Needs Through Consistent Action

In December 2025, the Trestle Team organized its annual holiday food drive in support of Hopelink’s food markets. Through donations collected at our office and contributions from Trestle Team Members, more than 210 pounds of food were donated, along with 80 pounds of diapers and wipes.
This total exceeded the previous year’s holiday drive and reflected a broader pattern of Trestle values. When people understand why an effort matters and how it supports the communities they serve, participation grows. Rather than treating community support as a one‑time initiative, the Team carried that momentum forward into the following year.
Continuing the Commitment Into 2026

In March 2026, Trestle partnered with Hopelink again by participating in March Can Madness, a regional food drive challenge that brought together local businesses and community organizations throughout the month.
During March, Trestle Team Members contributed through food donations and financial support. By the end of the month, 371 pounds of donations were collected through the March Can Madness effort alone.
When combined with the December food drive, Trestle donated 861 pounds of food and essential items to Hopelink. This total reflects consistent follow‑through and sustained engagement rather than a single event or campaign.
Why This Matters and Why Local Matters
The community association management industry continues to change, with many firms being acquired by national organizations. In those models, decisions, priorities, and accountability are often centralized away from the communities being served.
Trestle has taken a different approach.
The company remains locally owned, with leadership and strategic direction based in Washington. The work is guided by local standards, regional expertise, and a clear understanding of Washington community association law.
Through condo association management and community association management services, Trestle supports condominium and homeowner associations that operate within the same communities where its leadership and client partners live and work. That structure keeps decisions grounded in local context, rather than distant corporate directives, and allows the company to remain directly accountable to the communities it serves.
Supporting organizations like Hopelink is a natural extension of that approach. Long‑term community health is not only about budgets, insurance, and maintenance planning. It is also about recognizing broader local needs and choosing to stay engaged where those needs exist.
A Thank You to the Team
The success of these food drives reflects the generosity and commitment of Trestle Team Members across the company, regardless of role or location. Every contribution supported families and individuals within the communities served by Hopelink.
Trestle remains committed to being a locally owned community association management company that stays present, accountable, and invested in the long‑term health of Washington communities.
