Trestle Welcomes Riverview Community Association

Trestle Community Management is pleased to welcome Riverview Community Association to our Large-Scale Practice. Serving as the master association for the Riverview neighborhood in Kent, Riverview Community Association supports 10 sub‑associations within a shared, complex governance structure.

Our partnership with Riverview is centered on collaboration, coordinated oversight, and scalable management solutions designed to support both master and sub‑association needs. With experience managing communities within the Riverview area, Trestle brings familiarity with the neighborhood alongside the expertise required for large, multi‑association communities.
