Trestle Enhances Specialized Community Management Structure to Support Continued Growth and Client Success
Trestle Community Management today announced several organizational changes designed to further strengthen its specialized Practice Area model and provide additional leadership support for the communities it serves throughout Washington.
As community associations continue to face increasing operational complexity, evolving regulatory requirements, significant maintenance responsibilities, and long-term capital planning challenges, Trestle remains focused on investing in specialized expertise and leadership resources that help Boards navigate these responsibilities successfully. The firm’s latest organizational changes reinforce that commitment while positioning its Practice Areas for continued growth.
Kelli Smith Named Director of Developer Services and HOA Community Management
As part of these changes, Kelli Smith, CMCA, PCAM has been appointed Director of Developer Services and HOA Community Management.
In this role, Kelli will oversee Trestle’s:
- Single-Family Homes Practice
- Large-Scale Communities Practice
- Active-Adult Communities Practice
- Home Developers Practice
Kelli brings decades of leadership experience, including service as both a Director of Community Management and Vice President of Community Management. Throughout her tenure with Trestle, she has been instrumental in supporting developer partnerships, guiding community transitions, and leading specialized teams serving some of the region’s most complex homeowner associations.
Her expanded leadership role reflects Trestle’s continued commitment to serving homeowners associations and developers through dedicated expertise, proactive guidance, and specialized operational support.
Loralynn Helm Appointed Director of Condominium Community Management
Trestle has also appointed Loralynn Helm, CMCA, AMS as Director of Condominium Community Management.
Loralynn has served Washington community associations since 2007 and has established a reputation for leading clients through complex maintenance projects, insurance-related matters, and operational challenges. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience supporting condominium, mid-rise, high-rise, and estate communities while also helping guide significant projects through Trestle’s specialized project resources. She has twice been recognized as a finalist for Washington State Manager of the Year through the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI).
In her new role, Loralynn will provide strategic leadership across Trestle’s condominium and Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practices, helping ensure clients continue to benefit from specialized management expertise, consistent service delivery, and access to experienced operational resources.
Expanded Leadership Team Supporting Condominium and Mid-Rise, High-Rise, and Estate Communities
Reporting to Loralynn will be three dedicated Practice Leads:
Together, this leadership team brings significant experience in condominium operations, governance, maintenance planning, community transitions, manager development, and Board education.
Tina has long been recognized for her commitment to professional development, industry education, and condominium management expertise, including serving as a presenter for multiple WSCAI educational programs and conferences.
Juan has served as a Condominium Practice Lead while managing complex condominium communities and contributing to professional education programs throughout the industry. His combination of community management experience, leadership background, and MBA education brings additional depth to the Practice.
Justin joined Trestle’s Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice earlier this year, bringing extensive operational leadership experience supporting complex residential environments, capital improvement projects, vendor management, and community operations.

While these leadership changes represent an evolution in organizational structure, the objective is straightforward: provide communities with even greater access to expertise, support, and specialized resources.
By expanding leadership oversight within the Condominium and Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practices, Trestle is creating additional capacity to support Community Association Managers, strengthen client service delivery, share best practices across teams, and further enhance the firm’s specialized approach to community management. This structure allows experienced leaders to focus on coaching, operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and helping communities navigate increasingly complex challenges.
