Trestle Welcomes Mike Wilson, CMCA, AMS as Senior Community Association Manager
Trestle Community Management is pleased to announce that Mike Wilson, CMCA, AMS has joined the firm’s Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice as a Senior Community Association Manager.
Mike brings a decade of community association management experience supporting homeowner and condominium associations. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for responsive client service, strong operational execution, and helping Boards navigate the competing priorities that come with managing their communities.
His experience includes working closely with Board Members, homeowners, and business partners to support effective governance, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and day-to-day community operations. Mike’s collaborative approach helps Boards make informed decisions while keeping projects and initiatives moving forward.
Mike is committed to ongoing professional development and advancing industry best practices. In 2024, he earned both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, demonstrating his dedication to continuing education and professional excellence.
As a member of Trestle’s Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice, Mike will support communities that require specialized management expertise, including those with sophisticated building systems, extensive amenities, complex maintenance obligations, and unique governance considerations. His focus on service, communication, and operational excellence aligns well with the needs of these communities.
