Trestle’s Samantha Oldham Receives the PCAM Designation

Trestle Community Management is proud to announce that Samantha Oldham, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Senior Community Association Manager with Trestle’s specialized Single-Family Home Practice, has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
Samantha’s achievement of the PCAM designation reflects her deep commitment to professional development and excellence in service. This milestone follows a series of notable accomplishments, including her promotion to Senior Community Association Manager, her receipt of the WSCAI 2023 Rising Star Award, and her selection as a speaker at the 2024 WSCAI Annual Conference, where she co-presented “Management’s Role to the Board and Association.”
“Samantha continues to exemplify Trestle’s values of professionalism, leadership, and execution,” said Bob Brencic, CMCA, AMS, MBA, President of Trestle Community Management. “Her dedication to her Clients, her team, and the broader community association industry is truly inspiring. We are thrilled to celebrate this well-earned recognition.”
What is the PCAM Designation?
Awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the PCAM designation is reserved for experienced managers who have demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in community association management. To earn the PCAM, candidates must first achieve the CMCA and AMS designations, complete all required continuing education coursework, and successfully complete a case study analyzing a real-life community association.
